Hello my wonderful friends. I am at my home in Florida with Donna and we are enjoying the weather, beach, friends and just being in our own home. We will be here until 9/10. On our return we will receive a scan to determine the status of cancer.Last scan on 8/17 indicated that chemo had no significant effect on cancer .At doctors suggestion we took a break from chemo to allow body to recover from chemo damage.Chemo not having a negative effect on cancer but cancer not growing.It was a draw, or tie. It will be 8 wks without chemo and it so far has been marvelous. Dont feel or look sick with only minor inconviences.Have put on weight 197 and even went back to the gym. No telling how long this will last. Doctor says it is temporary. Cancer is just growing slow.I believe it is the Grace of God as a result of the prayers of family and friends.So I thank you and ask for continued prayer. GOD IS GOOD AND IN CONTROL.Somebody has to win , why not me.
