Hello neighbors... Can someone please point me in the right direction here. The tree in the backyard next to me is dead. There are no buts about it. Huge branches are detached and some are even tangled in power wires. I cant use my backyard in fears that a branch will fall and land on someone. My wife called the town and they told here there was nothing they could do. I called the town and they gave me the town foresters voicemail. I have not gotten a return call to date. I feel there has to be some sort of neglect on behalf of the owners next door. Help!!!!
