I also found this link for detecting and preventing dehydration and heat illness/stroke on a cosplay help blog. These are serious things and, with being outside for photoshoots in cosplay, it can become an issue quickly. I have faced heat stroke before when I was young and was hospitalized for a day because of fainting and dont remember anything for up to three days after. So, please keep hydrated and know if you are at your limit for being exposed to the heat!
