Hello parapeeps!! I would like to share with you a 550 parachute cord necklace I made for myself, so that I can use it with some of my Polo shirts, or with some of my Guallaveras that I personally ware. I used a 2 hole Toggle Stopper Cord Lock as the clasp for the necklace. It took seven feet of 550 parachute cord to make the whole necklace. Very small scraps were wasted. I started with the cross, and finished with the cord that goes around the neck. I have taken pictures of the two ways I configured the Toggle Stopper for you to see. One is an adjustable way of using the clasp, and the other is just a fix simple way to secure the necklace. Its so simple even a ten year old can operate the clasp. I hope this project can give some of you ideas and inspiration to make necklaces, hopefully I am able to inspired those that sell items with parachute cord. Please keep in mind that this type of necklace works with any piece that is placed free on the cord. In other words, the piece its not secure withing the cord. You can add your knot item. I decided on a cross for myself, but you can make a Star Knot, Monkey Fist Knot, a parapeep, etc., etc., etc., You may just want use any kind of metal finding with the single strand of 550 parachute cord with the Toggle Stopper Cord Lock to make a necklace to sell to your costumers. This is just a way that works for me, BUT if you have any other idea on how you use and lock your necklaces that you make.............. please share it with us!!
