Hello peeps can anyone confirm or deny that when you recieve a summons signed by a justices clerk stating he was asked by the council to issue the summons, isnt it the case that whoever signed is the person who should have considered the case? It looks like a copied signiture as it has no imprint on the back. I desperately need to know whether someone using someone elses signiture in this case is 100% fraud before i go the bizzie station. Also if it is fraud then its obvious it is commited by someone within the council but the justices clerk must know his signitur is being used on the end of the stamp so Ill want to report him for misconduct in public office but who do I make this complaint to. Thanx for any advice.
