Hello people. Today I went to the meeting, so this is what it was all about: The next exam is this Saturday at 8:00am at the same classroom we did the last exam. You should bring your own material again like the last time,formulas and white sheets. Topics: * Electric circuits: current and resistance concept Ohm´s Kirchhoff´s and Joule´s Law energy concept solve electric wires depending their geometry and properties * Magnetostatics: magnetic force acting on a particle magnetic field through large wires magnetic flux and magnetic force through wires **COILS AND SOLENOIDS ARE NOT ASKED FOR THIS TEST**!! Test structure: two problems to solve: the 1st one with six points and its about topic 3 the 2nd one with four points and its about topic 4 ( so be shure to study pretty hard topic 3 :) ) If you guys have any question you may ask for assistance at the library or the exercises class with Vacio at 2:30 this Wednesday and Friday. 10th Prototype Competition: you will present your prototype at lab this third and fifth of November. If you need any assistance and support with your project you may ask for it at lab. Lab: ask your lab teacher about the way you are going to be graded and the topics the test will include. Teachers may choose many topics but they are some of them that will certainly be asked: -Using electric laboratory instruments in the correct way. -Using electric and magnetic equations in the correct way as well. -Circuits, like the whole thing about circuits! :O -Magnetic force and the 3 ways it can be known. -How to make a light bulb function. -How to make a motor function.
