Please see detail info: Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive - Payroll Maintenance of employees’ personal and Payroll data into the system. Prepare monthly salary sheet on the basis of employment letter and subsequent changes, revisions, deductions. Prepare the report on: Salary register, Cost centre/profit centre wise report, Reconciliation report, Bank advice, Loan Schedule, General ledger report, provisional report. Prepare the certificate on final settlement, tax certificate. Prepare variable report: OT, shift allowance, Night allowances and any others. Computation of individual employees’ annual income tax burden based on his/her emoluments in compliance with the Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance 1984 Final Settlement Claim computation and validation. Any other job assigned by the supervisor. Education: Tertiary, preferred in HRM Computer knowledge: Must have strong knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Keen to learn new software.
