Hello, runners, walkers, and anybody else listening in. We are going to have a Souper Bowl 5k on January 31st at Cypress Point on the Lower Lake at Sardis. It will begin at High Noon and we will have hot dogs after the race. The only cost to enter is a can of soup for the Panola County Food Pantry (if you choose to donate), or a pair of shoes or gently used race t-shirts for the Honduras Mission Team. We need a few volunteers for traffic control, a water table, hot dog cooker, etc. If anyone wants to bring chili, I guess well have chili dogs. This race is just to have fun, meet fellow runners, and start off the spring run season. If you plan to come, comment yes and Ill count you in. This will be card timed and we should have prizes worthy of a free race. (dont expect a finishers medal, results on the internet, a t-shirt, or cash prizes) We just want to have a fun run get-together. There you go. Whos in???
