Hello there! I just returned from my year in Adelaide, South Australia. I brought CJs ashes with me and on my last night in the country brought them to my favourite spot. I was with a small group of my best friends and we all had a little ceremony for CJ and it got really emotional. One of my friends who I was with has a sister who has been in the hospital several times for suicide attempts, and she really felt connected to you and the whole situation. I have a few photos. Sorry it took so long for me to do this - I wanted to make sure that wherever I did it, it was special, and not just the most beautiful place. Glenelg Jetty, where this occurred, marks where I had more amazing memories in Australia throughout my year than anywhere else. Families go there together to admire the sunset and the beautiful lights reflecting in the water. Its also one of the only cities Ive ever been to where you can clearly see the stars. I thought this was the perfect place for a piece of CJ to go. Here are some images of Glenelg along with photos of CJ and me.
