Hello, there’s currently a problem with our mobile App - it’s not applying your discount if you’re trying to book a ticket using a rail card. We’re looking into what’s causing this to happen and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you want to use a rail card when booking your train tickets please use our website (redspottedhanky/).
