Hello to all Salamoualikoum means peace be upon you, and thats the way Moroccan say hello (what a nice way to start the day) Here I am back from training in Morocco, it was superbe..people are incredibly kind and our hosts Hassan and Malika are people with hearts that we felt more than welcome .Even without practicing yoga (as we conceived it in the West) they are true yogis, in their actions and words, and we learned a lot by living next to them..the hikes in the mountains have enchanted the whole group ... NEXT CHAPTER ... DAMIEN I remind you the last Damiens workshop, already 2 years ago, was very rich in information about the postures, adjustments, anatomy applied to yoga and we had lots of fun ... I think it was one of the most interesting workshop ... I look forward to the mysore week( I will be one of the students) with him ;here are still some spots available ... hurry up, a Mysore for 12 students is great ... the weekend will be at CREPS in a room and not in the tent therefore limited places, PLEASE BOOK AND SET THE STAGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
