Hello to my Facebook friends...SCC here! Sorry its been a little while since Ive been here in person...so much has been happening. Im just about finished with a music video Ive been working on for The Glorious Unfolding that I cant wait to share with you! Big fun was had a few weeks ago at our Show Hope FamilyFest, I got to pick some Bluegrass tunes w/some great musicians, had a great night w/fam and friends at K-LOVE awards...Stevey Joy even got to go on stage and present the Song Of The Year award to Mandisa with me! Mary Beth and the girls and I just got back a few days ago from another incredible life-changing trip to China!...still a little jet-lagged but very grateful to SEE the amazing things that God has allowed us to be a part of there!! I could go on and on...but its late and Im a little fuzzy headed from the jet lag...but I wanted to say a quick howdy for now and ask you to please consider helping me out with something...in fact, this is so important that Im gonna use the pretty please request on this one! As Ive already mentioned on here, my boys Colony House album is about to be released and is now available for pre-orders on iTunes and Amazon. Theyre trying to get to 1,000 pre-orders right (Im thinkin 2,000+ would even be better!!!) before the release. The show of support and belief in them right out of the gate would help them tremendously at this point...so Im asking you to help me help them make this happen...pretty please! (see there, I did it!) The beauty of this is that I am so absolutely certain that you are gonna be completely blown away when you listen to this record and youre gonna be thanking me (and them) for telling you about it. There is so much depth, creativity and power in these songs...I was in tears listening to it again today (I know the right people so I actually got a pre-release copy...hee hee) and was reminded again what an amazing record it is. If Ive done this post correctly (Im still very much a newbie with Facebooking...if thats even a thing...Im kinda like that lady Beatrice on the Esurance commercial...I unfriend you... ha!)...but hopefully you can see the links at the end of this post. Go check out the guys Facebook and show them some love there too if you can...and please, if at all possible, make a very smart investment and go pre-order When I Was Younger! Youll be glad ya did!
