I also thought I would share a delicious healthy snack recipe as a thank you for following - great for slow release energy, anti oxidants and omega 3! Happy Cooking - let me know how you get on! Chocolate Orange Energy Balls Ingredients - 150g oats 100g pumpkin seeds 300g walnuts 2 cups dried pitted prunes 1/2 teaspoon salt Splash orange juice 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Method - whizz oats, walnuts, cocoa powder and seeds in a processor then add prunes & orange juice and process until combined. Make truffle/ ball shapes out of the mixture and roll in cocoa powder. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours to set before eating.
