Hello tournament attendees! Please remember that the doors to Sitterson open at 10:00AM and Registration ends at 10:30AM. If there is someone missing from your team at the end of check-in, you will be penalized as stated in the rules above. Team captains will be able to name their teams until the end of check-in (captains can also comment on this post with their desired team name), after that, you will be defaulted as Team #. The tournament format will be Best of 1 Double Elimination (meaning there is a losers bracket). You do not need to take screenshots of your end-game screen, the captain (and only the captain) of the winning team will report scores to me in person. I will update the bracket as soon as possible. There will be pre-assigned areas for each team but feel free to go to another room (if you do change your room, please let me know first so I can put it somewhere in case anyone needs to find you). Timeline: 10-10:30 Check-in 10:30-11 Get together with your team, move rooms, do whatever, be prepared to play by 11. 11-1:30 Rounds 1 and 2 (at least, hopefully it works out well) 1:30-2:30 Lunch/Break Time 2:30-whenever Finish Tournament Note about Lunch/Break Time: After youve completed your second match, you are free to start your break/lunch time, just be back at 2:30 and ready to play again. If we happen to finish the first 2 rounds quickly, we can go to lunch/break time sooner and resume sooner. The timeline is just an overview and not the end all be all for the tournament.
