Hello you bright-eyed bushy tailed beautiful people!! And you other beautiful people too! GOOD MORNING!! Another beautiful sunrise. Run completed but it was a tough start. My body felt tight. No, not the slang definition. The word defined in the Webster dictionary not the Urban dictionary. Must be where my kiddo gets it. She is always saying, as she is shaking her head, Why dont people just say what they mean. Lol. Anyway, once I loosened up, it was on and done and recorded and logged. :) Its always a wonderful surprise when I find out its a 3-day weekend.
