Help Desk Support Engineer A Leading Mega Laboratory in Egypt Requiring for Immediate Hiring Help Desk Support Engineer Qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in computers or equivalent courses education (Microsoft, CISCO, IBM) technical training: o MCITP, or MSCE (Microsoft System certified engineer) o Cisco CCNA o 1-2 years directly related work experience in a technical help desk position o Supporting and installing Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003 and later, Internet browser, and business applications in a business environment. o Supporting and maintaining active and passive network components, desktops, laptops, Printers, mobile devices, and monitors both in person and remotely. o Supporting and configuring TCP/IP and general LAN and WAN network topologies. o Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. o Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making. o Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 30-40lbs. o Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure. o Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment. o Strong problem solving skills.
