Help!! Landmark Dodge called me Thursday night and left me a voicemail that my new transmission had been installed but they needed to test drive it so they let a technician drive it home. When I went to pick it up around 12:30 Friday afternoon I was told that it wasnt ready because they were waiting on another part. Later that afternoon they called and told me that it was almost ready but they just needed to paint the bumper! Come to find out the technician was involved in an accident and they took it upon themselves to repair my Jeep even though they plan to file a claim on the other drivers insurance. Needless to say Im very upset and they seem to think Im over reacting. They even claim this wont show up on a Carfax report because they repaired it in house. Has anybody else ever had this happen and can offer some advise?
