Help Lift And Sustain What a glorious world you are living in, what a wonderful life you have been blessed with. Are you aware of this at all times? Do you give constant thanks? Or do you go around moaning and grumbling and complaining about all the little things which can annoy and irritate if you allow them to, and drag you down at great speed if you let them. Change your thinking and you will change your outlook and behold things as they really are, and everything will begin to shine and sparkle and reflect that light and love which is within you. Share your light and love with all those you come into contact with. Help lift and sustain, and never drag another soul down into the darkness by your negativity. Take your fellow-human on your heart and help them, never hinder them in any way. You have a responsibility towards them. A smile, a word of cheer and handshake can do far more than you realise. Always give of your best and see the very best in everything.
