Help care for the University of Wisconsin–Madison Lakeshore - TopicsExpress

Help care for the University of Wisconsin–Madison Lakeshore Nature Preserve! Volunteers are needed to help care for the natural areas on the UW-Madison campus. Activities include woody invasive plant removal, planting and seeding, seed collecting, maintaining trails, and cleaning firepits. It’s a great way to learn more about local plants and animals, restoration ecology, and land management. Meet new people, get exercise, and have fun outdoors! All the tools and training you need will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear long pants and closed toed shoes. The event will be canceled in case of rain.
