Help me. Pllllleeeeeeeasseeee. So...this is a thought/discussion going on at home. Ready?? Carla and I LOVE to snow ski. And...we love the BEACH. If we were to pack up, become more portable...and spend the ski season (November or December thru April) in an awesome ski town, and then spend May through October on a beach someplace, what would you recommend as ideas?? Couple things to consider ideally...I need an airport. And...I dont want to be in a high TAX state in either location. Vail Winter-Costa Rica Summer? Big Sky/Bozeman Winter-Hawaii Summer? Utah is out of the question for me for residency. Love the state. Love the dry snow. Not going to live there. California...probably out, unless Im there for less than 6 months a year...and even then, theyd probably figure a way to tap me for more money to support their government. GOOD skiing. Good surf. And...I have two boys that need to be educated...while portable.
