Help me understand something. I have seen an increase in Tip Jars everywhere, even making it down to the fast food level and once saw a jar for tips for cooks (that one was at HT Ponders, for all my Southaven friends). The part that has me puzzled is that I just went into a gas station to pay and the cashier had a jar for tips. So that makes me wonder, why do I need to tip the person I pay for my gas? Am I missing something? I should tip them for making change for my gas purchase? (Surprised there is actually any money left with gas transactions, lol)
