Help please. My son has recently had a very bad reaction to Amoxicillin. It has altered his AST and ALT leves and also affected his white blood cells. This is the second bad reaction he has had to an antibiotics since March when he had pneumonia. My concern has been heightened today by the fact that he now has an abscess on his tooth and they are looking to give him yet more antibiotics. Are there any antibiotics that do not impact directly on liver function? Thank you
