Help us change our motto from Its your money, Dont waste it. To something that reflects what we do. A few examples. While giving a free estimate for a new system. I asked why did they need to replace it. They told me that another company said it would be to expensive to repair. They agreed to purchase the new system from us. We gave the best price, equipment and warranties. Before I left I asked them if I could check the system out. They thought I would be wasting my time but agreed. I found the system to be low on refrigerant. I added some r-22 and everything worked great. I didnt get the sale but I did make a young couple very happy. Another older couple was told that they needed a new control board. The company wanted $1,170. They called us to try and get a better price. They told us what the other company said before we even looked at it. After checking out the system, we found a bad blower door switch. The cost to repair was $168. There are many more just like those examples. What should our Motto be?
