Help with Traffic warden rules (Game on). I have a right asshole of a warden who is trying to ticket me daily. we have double yellows outside our house and between certain time you cant park here, he knows I live here but entices an argument each day, the reason for the parking restriction is because commuters park here. and before you start, yes yes Ken I am in the wrong but who gives a fuk. this is my game, and I want to beat this prick. so I want to play him at his own game, but first I need to learn some rules of the game. he stands beside the vehicle for 10 mins or so, if after that time its not moved it/ gets ticketed. But, im I right in thinking if I move the van albeit a few yards, the time has to start again? (get where im coming from) if so I will have him follow me round the Cul-De-Sac, this could prove funny, as each time I will let him know im popping in for a cuppa and will be out shortly..
