Helper Recruitment for Leica- Hong Kong Jockey Club Swimming Gala 2014 Event: Leica- HKJC Swimming Gala 2014 Date: 23 August 2013, Saturday Duration: 8:00am-6:30pm Venue: Outdoor Swimming Pool, Beas River Country Club (上水雙魚河鄉村會所) Position: Time Keeper, Runner & Linesman etc. Duties of Helpers: Assist the operation of Swimming Gala such as time recording, crowd control, verify the data & result & direct the swimmers etc. Special requirement of helpers: Open for all students who interested in this event Remarks: • There will be around 200 HKJC Members to join this event for whole day • Helpers are require to arrive BRCC (Reception counter of Swimming Pool) at 8: 00 am for preparation • Official T-shirt will be provided • Helpers require to wear the shorts & own slippers • Light lunch buffet will be provided to helpers • Taxi fare can be reimbursed by 4-5 pax in one taxi from Sheung Shui MTR station to BRCC by presenting the taxi fare receipt at the end of the event • $150 allowance will be given to each helper at the end of the event Enrollment Method: Interested students please kindly send your full name, mobile number, student number, programme with year to [email protected]
