Helping our businesses sell more of their products overseas is a proven way to grow our economy and create jobs. That’s why I’m pleased that Washington state just received nearly $500,000 through the State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) program to help small businesses export their goods. I introduced a bill to make the successful STEP program permanent, because it brings $75 back to our state for every $1 invested. When our local businesses grow their markets overseas, we create jobs back here at home. Like and share if you agree.
