Dear Madam Suman Basu, As you are aware that the Honble Prime Minister has launched the SWACHCH BHARAT ABHIYAN, to achieve Mahatma Gandhis dream of clean India. With an intention to revolutionise this idea at the grass root level, nine people from different walks of life have been nominated. It is expected that these people will contribute to this mission by nominating nine more people, who in turn will nominate nine more people and so on, who would be instrumental in achieving the dream of a cleaner society. It is a matter of great honour for me that, Honble Governor of Goa, Madam Mridula Sinha, who is one of the nine nominees of the Honble Prime Minister, has expressed confidence in me by including me in the list of her nine nominees, which also includes Madam Kiran Bedi, Padmabhushan (Lt) Dr. B. N. Shahi etc. Accordingly, I am happy to nominate you to carry forward the good work. From your side, you would then nominate nine more people who in your view are capable of contributing to the mission of achieving the dream of a clean India. For these programs you would need to earmark a place which requires cleaning, and do the needful to have it cleaned up. Photographs would be required to be taken, 1. Depicting the initial state of the place, 2. While the cleanliness drive is on and 3. After the place has been cleaned up. All photos with a note then can be mailed to me, the Honble Governor and the Honble Prime Minister... Your confirmation would make you our Honble PMs top 89 chosen ones throughout India, and I am sure many more people will be inspired by your initiative and will join you in achieving the clean India dream.
