Here I am back to give a little up date on some of the activities happening around the province. The feedback from Tree Trekking has all been positive. With Wansey having completed her turn over from Marika Ontario’s Youth program will continue to grow with activities to keep our Youth engaged. I was informed just this week that we have members working on fundraising to support their trip to the International Cadet Camp in Sydney Australia in January of 2014. There will be a golf tournament in Barrie to support this effort on Saturday September 28th, I will provide more details as they come available. MFR continue to be very busy as the summer always is. During those moments of boredom between patients however is an ideal time to review scenarios…. That is correct scenarios, the 2013 regional 1st competition is coming in November so start thinking about this. The Council Competition Committee has been working very hard to make this falls competition a reality for you. T-dog is as always taking gentle care of our clients, just remember with the summer heat keep your 4 legged partners hydrated, I am not a dog owner myself but I am sure those furry coats are a challenge during the dog days of summer…. Time to find a coffee and perhaps a new cover photo for this page so off I must go, until the next time Your Commish (Tony)
