Here are a few things to keep in mind as you prepare to attend the conference: * In the event of extreme weather conditions, please check the conference website * Bring your checkbook or Purchase Order (if you still owe payment) * Bring your checkbook or cash for the Silent Auction * Only a few tickets still remain for the Awards Dinner so please purchase by January 20 if you’re thinking of attending * After the Friday awards dinner (at ~8:30pm), everyone is invited to our after party and social. All conference attendees are invited! * Bring your reusable water container (no bottled water provided) * Bring your own bag for exhibitor information and handouts * Bring any old/broken/unwanted: Cellphones, Digital cameras, GPS systems, Laptops, Ipods/mp3 players, Headphones, Empty laser printer cartridges, Empty ink cartridges from the following manufactures: Apple, Cannon, Dell, HP, Lexmark, and Sharp. There will be a collection box near the registration table, if you don’t want to bring your donations with you, prepaid UPS labels will be available. Something you may not know: Every person on the conference planning committee is a volunteer for this task. They all have full time jobs and families, yet dedicate a good chunk of their own time to ensure that New Jersey’s environmental education community has a wonderful opportunity to learn from professionals, to network with peers, and to reaffirm their commitment to environmental education in the state.
