Here are a video from Advincula shinshii with some very nice drills focused on the parry-pass motion. The parry-pass deflection (and these sort of drills which are based on that motion) are really quite central to Okinawan martial arts IMHO and this is a very good example. BTW Ive been waiting to see if Raymond Dickey was going to share this here (because I jumped the gun and shared a Naihanchi video which Matt Perlingiero wanted to share the other day) but were 13 hours out now... so I it seems safe to assume he wasnt going to share it here. ;-)
