Here are both answers to yesterdays double round of the Summer Curtain Call Cast guessing game: The dynamic duo behind Fairports Moonlight Creamery! Round 1: Jeff Seidel is the founder/President/CEO of J.B. Sterling (a fully licensed and insured building and remodeling company based in Rochester, NY since 1985) and Moonlight Creamery (along with his neighbor and fellow castmember, Heidi Grenek). His role at J.B. Sterling has evolved from chief sales person and project manager to a general manager who defines both the desired customer experience and the vision for the company. Before founding J.B. Sterling, he worked as an accountant for RJR Nabisco in California. Jeff is married with three children. He enjoys tennis, golf, fishing, cooking, and playing the piano. He is a current Board member for AAVia Foundation, and a past member of the Wilmot Cancer Center Discovery Ball Gala Committee. Round 2: In July 2007, Heidi Grenek teamed up with her neighbor, Jeff Seidel, to found Moonlight Creamery in Fairport, NY. They started the business with the goal of developing a community gathering place as well as a way to give back to the next generation of workers by giving them opportunities to learn business skills, experiment with entrepreneurship, and develop a sound work ethic that will carry them throughout their professional lives.
