Here are some details regarding the meeting Im (Chef Richard Camerota, CEC) hosting for our chapter on Monday, November 4, 2013. Location: Performance Food Group 1 Performance Boulevard Springfield, MA (For GPS Purposes use this address for navigation - 1982 Roosevelt St. Springfield, MA) Performance Food Group is located directly across the street (on the same side of the road) from Smith & Wesson and almost directly across the street (opposite side of the road) from Big Y Supermarket Headquarters and Columbia Gas Headquarters. Once you have turned onto Performance Boulevard, take the first entrance (driveway) on your left (this is the employee entrance), stop at the automatic gate and press the call button...tell security that you are here for the Chefs Meeting with Chef Rich. Once you have entered the parking lot, after passing through the security gate, drive up front towards the flag pole (front left corner of the employee parking lot), walk up the sidewalk towards the flag pole...this is our main entrance. Someone will be at the main entrance/front doors to meet you. If anyone gets lost or has questions, please contact Chef Rich Camerota at 413-386-3534! We have a great evening planned for everyone. We have John Stryjek from the Atalanta Importing Company presenting. John is a fantastic industry partner who will be conducting a tasting and discussing specialty imported cheeses/foods from around the world! We will also be having Mary O Neil from the Kettle Cuisine Fresh Soup Company. Mary will be presenting some seasonal soups for tasting and telling us about her local Massachusetts based scratch soup company. As always, the meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30PM and should conclude by 7:30PM. Cheers! Rich
