Here are some great tips to stay motivated: • Surround yourself with motivated people Surrounding yourself with like minded people can always help keep you motivated and if you have a dip in motivation set you back on the right path. • Get a personal trainer A great way to keep you motivated and get you out of your comfort zone. Pushing the boundaries of what you can achieve. • Plan and prepare Planning ahead your meals and workout can relieve the pressure and stress and make your work out that bit easier and more enjoyable. • Lower expectations Having a dip in motivation? Try decreasing your reps/ distance etc. but increase the intensity. Not so good for a long workout but good if you have more important things to attend to. • Get a role model Find someone who has the motivation you want achieve, learn and adapt some of their methods attitude and values and you can achieve the motivation they have.
