Remember, the 2nd Amendment protects law abiding gun owning citizens. If you purchased your gun legally, whether it has a 10 round or 15 round clip you are protected. If you purchased your gun out of the back of a trunk with serial numbers filed off or have had your RIGHT stripped from you because you are a convicted criminal, you purchased your gun illegally, therefore not covered under the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment gives us the right to protect ourselves and family not only from a criminal invading our homes, but also a tyrant government and invasion of our country. The militia, which is outlined in the 2nd Amendment is all able bodied men, but now in our times that would include women. So, go after the criminals who are lawless and ignore the law of the land. Not the law abiding citizens who obey the laws and respect our constitutional rights to protect what is ours.
