With a packed house followed by a standing ovation, one has to wonder how all this was possible.,.. Hats off to Ghalebs performance tribute to Andrea Bocelli whose heartening performances moved the audience to inspirational highs, and his high pitched vocal sounds that resonated throughout the dining room nearly shattered our drinking glasses! Judith K Lane Wow!!!! What a performer! Outstanding talent and showmanship ten fold. More people need to see Ghaleb, this great entertainer. Perry In a word, FABULOUS! Just ask anyone who went. The food was good; service was good; the dance floor is GREAT, but, the entertainment was INCREDIBLE. Ghaleb who is from Venezuela, put on a 5 star performance that was equal to any major theater in the country. His range of music, his voice, and his ability to play the Flamenco Guitar was just out a site. And Pablo Rivera blended his violin with both Ghalebs voice and guitar. What a night. I want to thank everyone who joined us for this fantastic evening. All told we had 96 members attend this event. artfrommargate This was one fantastic evening. Perry really put together a masterpiece tonight. It looked like most of the people in the Pavilion were from our Meetup group, and I ran into so many friends who I have not seen in ages. The entertainment was what I would call World Class, with a vocalist who sang arias from many of my favorite operas. The guitar and violin playing were something I would expect to see at the Broward Center in Ft. Lauderdale, yet here they were playing for us. Joanie and I shared a large salad with walnuts and a Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, and we each had the baked salmon for an entree. We both felt that the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the portion size was generous. The entire place was packed, so the wait staff seemed a bit over worked, but they did a very good job, and everything was served in a timely manner. Bonnie Absolutely fabulous evening and anyone who didnt attend really missed out!
