Here are some recipes from the prep! I seasoned the steak & shrimp with lemon and garlic Flavor God Seasonings, Himalayan salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and an olive oil marinade with Worcestershire sauce, coconut aminos, Dijon mustard, fresh garlic, and sesame oil. The ahi tuna was cooked in an olive/sesame oil blend, Garlic Flavor God, fresh cracked pepper, and a splash of coconut aminos (healthier soy sauce alternative) I made the quinoa in a rice cooker 1:2 ratio (with quinoa and water).
