Here are some sayings from my youth; Im going to count to 3, Ill give you something to cry about in a minute, you make a good door but a terrible window, I will take your trousers down and smack your bottom in front of all these people, if it wasnt you then it must have been the invisible man or maybe santa, I will get the wooden spoon, right stop now or youll get a dead leg. My mum says she would not have said some of these but Im pretty sure she did very well not saying a lot worse bringing me up.
