Here are the 10 members of the #CDRD Community Project Implementation Unit (CPIU) in Dhumadhumey village, Dollow, #Somalia, voted for by the community themselves - Carab; Shabin; Abdullahi; Diriye; Mohamed; Abdirashid; Issack; Garobe; Barey; and Habon. The members of the CPIU receive training so that they can effectively manage the whole process of #CDRD sub-project implementation - training in management, procurement, finance, and monitoring & evaluation. CPIUs should be based on existing governance structures within the community, but with additional members to ensure true representation from the community (inclusion of women, youth, and ethnic minorities). #CDRD
