You will learn the rules and better understand the scoring system, as well as learning to maneuver effectively through a trail course. If you are a Judge you will be better able to score the classes and the clinic will make you more comfortable with your understanding of the intricacies of a working trail horse. Schedule: Sat 8/17/13 7-8 AM Continental breakfast 8-12:30 introduction, walking a course, and riders will individually work the course with one on one instruction from Michael. 12:30-1:30 Lunch provided for riders and Auditors 1:30- 6PM walking second course and individual work. Sunday 8/18/13 7-8AM Continental breakfast 8-12:30 course walk and individual instruction for riders. 12:30 lunch and discussion, Q&A session and windup of clinic. SOUND SYSTEM WILL ALLOW AUDITORS TO FOLLOW WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO RIDERS. Please bring your own chairs as seating is very limited. Water, cold drinks, and coffee will be provided to all persons present. COST: Riders $300 which included Breakfast and lunches, clinic materials and handouts, and stabling on Fri and Sat night in box stalls with bedding and hay provided. Each rider will also have the ability to bring one auditor. Riders are limited to 15 so that everyone gets personal attention from Michael. Auditors $50 includes breakfast and lunches and copies of courses and scoring instructions. Any AHA Judge auditing will receive a discount to $25, and any Trainer with a client riding will receive a free auditing package.
