Here are the minutes from the last meeting. Friends of Ella Redkey Board and General Membership Meeting Minutes September 10, 2013 1. Meeting called to approximately 5:30. 2. Those in attendance: Gloria Steiner Nancy Thomas Michelle Romig Todd Flocchini 3. Treasurer’s Report No Change 4. Membership Update No Change 5. Status of Pool No Change 6. Grant funding • Programs (school age swim lessons) o City school district has been contacted and they are interested in having elementary students have swim lessons at the Ella Redkey • Grants o Bob Kingset is willing to donated 5-10 thousand dollars for a pool cover after we fill out a grant application o There is a Pacific Power grant that we will apply for 7. Fund Raising/Membership Drive • We will not do Third Thursday in September • High School car wash raised $400 for the pool cover 8. Marketing • Website is up and Michelle will post an announcement on Facebook 9. Other • The annual meeting is on October 29th. Meeting adjourned at approximately 7:15.
