Here are the questions raised during General Assembly last March 15, 2014. We might need to give additional updates on some other issues listed. 1. Some homeowners have no time to go to bank to pay their monthly dues. - We will look into this and see what risks we have if we will hire a collection agent within the subdivision. 2. Unauthorized people picking up garbage within the subdivision’s premises. - There is a scrap buyer in the subdivision. We will try to contact him regarding the issue. 3. Pedestal Post problem - Reply from Johndorf: There are 25posts which need to be replaced. The concrete pedestal poles/posts are already ready for installation. Just waiting for the Project-in-charge to be present hopefully by tomorrow as he’s still on sick leave right now. Per instruction given to him, they have to provide holes first before the erection/installation of poles. If they already completed the boring, next to it will be the installation. Most probably, time table for this is before end of April, 2014, under normal condition. 4. Some homeowners are not informed about the General Assembly. - We have disseminated communication leaflets to all homeowners. Person in-charge might have missed some units. It was also announced through megaphone. 5. A question is raised about the name of the receipt in our water bill acknowledgement receipt. - We will have to verify with Johndorf why they are using the name of the association. 6. Is everyone aware of the Burial assistance from the association? - This has been announced in previous General Assemblies. Members of good standing can avail for the death of an immediate family member. 7. Vehicle stickers without receipts. - You can request for an acknowledgement receipt through our admin staff. 8. Somebody suggested that we should amend our bylaws. - This is not within our plans. We should go through it first and understand what is really needed for our association. 9. Stray dogs roaming around the subdivision. - We will be contacting the city veterinary office about this. 10. Pay parking—who is in charge? Details how to avail. - Just approach Mam Fe Englis to secure a spot.
