Here are your politicians at work. In order to get a 1.1 trillion dollar budget deal done so our government stays open, one if the compromises is to again allow U.S. banks to make risky investments backed by taxpayer money. This of course is the same scenario that led to the 2008 financial meltdown that caused the great recession and near depression in the U.S. and rippled throughout the worlds financial markets. All of this was in the name of compromise so that special interests can once again use your tax dollar to enable their profit. Though this is a republican amendment, it will pass overwhelmingly by both parties and will be signed into law by the president. Mark this date down for future reference if the financial industry again requires taxpayers to bail them out when their greed brings down our financial system and throws millions out of work. Again we see corporate money currupting the hall of congress to put their desires ahead of yours. Citizens United needs to be overturned, the immigration issue will be the only issue that will remain in the dust if this legislation. And while politicians politicize that, banks will begin investing in risky business to satify their corporate greed while us dummies will be debating whether the Sanchezs should be deported or not......can you say d-i-v-e-r-s-i-o-n?
