Here (from CD-R as an mp3 link) is an exquisite song from a 1964 Italian anthology film called IL GIOVEDI (THAT THURSDAY). I must have at least a 45 somewhere in my collection with this delightful main title ballad on it, but I cant find it, and I cant find any reference on line that a recording from this film was ever made - but nonetheless here it is, vinyl noise and all! This sweet, gentle piece is by Armando Trovaioli but I really dont know who the very good vocalist is.
