Here goes...!!! An old (literary and figuratively) friend of mine is relieved that I have stopped posting about bicycles.... apparently, his impression is that I have lost interest in cycling and in his own words It is one of those fleeting fancies I get myself into. To that my answer is BLEH. I cannot wait to go back on my bicycle but the key word here is wait. So my darling friend (in hiding as usual)..... here is a little food for thought for you! On Bicycles and love...... Once you have learned to enjoy it, you will never forget it... Your body and mind will always ache for it! The euphoria of the pace and the rhythm between your legs is like no other.... And yet from several choices, there is only one you can take... But then once in a while you make a mistake... You choose a bike that you think might be right It may look beautiful, it may have all the functions But as much as you try to make it fit, it only gives you a fit! Until one day a little stone in the middle of the path Will challenge your skills, your balance and your bike But alas as much as you try, you loose and end up with your face flat on the path.... Leaving you bleeding and limping in pain, Oh WOE is all that you can say. But alas my friend this is all temporary Disregard this bicycle, and wait for a while Your body, your mind, your injured body will be fine. Then it will come the perfect bicycle you were meant to ride. Kristy PS. I am going to ride my bike again
