Here goes my Facebook rant: today was my first day as acting manager on duty. Had a customer return and buy a TON of stuff. My sales associate was putting her through and because of all the stuff, lots of confusion was happening. The customer started to become super rude and argumentative and was yelling at my coworker ultimately bringing her to tears. As a customer of many stores myself and a retail worker, the customer is always right statement is always wrong. Your sales associate knows how his or her store works and what the procedures and policies are. Always remember that maybe the reason why you are receiving bad customer service is because YOU are a bad customer. Sales associates are only human and are only there to help and make your shopping experience better. If you give a little respect, youll get all the respect in the world back. Baffles me that people can be so awful to someone whos job is just to help them.
