Here is Day 1!!! Whoop whoop lets do this! Love Freelee! Love this page, love fruit!!! love all of you :) Did an all raw day by accident. Stuff happens. Here is a photo of my starter haul almost all organic. Diary: Day # 1 RT4 BREAKFAST: 1 liter of water 8 bananas, 1 mango, 2 cups of strawberries 1 tbs of coconut sugar. Blended CALORIES = 1,242 SNACK: 1liter water waited 30min then 16oz of Orange Juice 2 Bananas (Im aware of food combining but it sounded yummy) CALORIES = 415 LUNCH: 1 pineapple and 6 apples CALORIES = 1,025 DINNER: Very Large green salad with mango,coconut lemon curry dressing (homemade) CALORIES = 150 I like to eat light if its late and it was TOTAL CALORIES: 2,830 = Ratio 92% Carbs 4% Fat 4% Protein WATER INTAKE: 2 liters plus food SODIUM INTAKE: 101.2gr EXERCISE: walked dog 30min and Moved furniture FEELINGS: Had energy! Felt good. I was even a little emotional at times. Kinda Gassy GRATITUDE: Feeling grateful for being given access to produce so I can do this! SLEEP: how many hrs (from 11to 6:30 am) = 7hrs 30min
