Here is Rep. Hank Johnson asking a question to a U.S. Admiral and has a specific concern that tragedy is going to happen to the island of Guam. Glad he isnt asking this over a cell phone while driving! His speech, itching, rubbing, hand & head motions are obviously opposite of Nancy Pelosis fast finger pointing antics of a personal dementia, his are more of a narcotic or downer induced haze of slow motion. Watch the Admiral handle him without laughing. Anyone hear of drug testing public officials up there in Washington D.C. for Xanex, Valium or Heroine or does Guam Island have to tip over first?
