Brown shot me in the Federal Express office during a Cheyenne Connection by Thunderbird International #CheyConnectionmeeting then stole my database for her business. She illegally promotes herself as an officer and continues to sign out cars to herself from the Cheyenne PD and does illegal computer hacking to compromise my identifiers from the Laramie County Sheriffs office.
