Here is a brief summary in todays meeting. We had a fun time playing Jeopardy, since everyone liked it, Ill try to make another one with different questions. You guys can give me some category ideas. Japanese Archery Demonstration(Saturday March 29) If you would to come see the archery demonstration, meet up at the Decatur Marta Station by 10:15am. So far there are 7 people are coming and my van only hold up to 7 passengers. The archery dojo is not far from the station either, probably about 10 min. if you drive. The main instructor of that site will be at a conference but another instructor Kato will be there demonstrating along with his students. Josh will be in charge of it. Next meeting we will practice doing origami and calligraphy. I have to confirm the time again. Movie Screening(Tuesday April 8) Evangelion 1.11 You Are Not Alone @ 1:00 P.M These are the roles the members are willing to do. If you would like to help reply back to me. We need one person to help with the setup inside the auditorium with Mrs. Pierce. Names/Roles Tony - Sign-in Adam- Publicity/Flyer Madeline - Popcorn Joshua - Publicity/Flyer Chamyia - Publicity/Flyer (wont be able to attend movie) Nhi - Drawing on sidewalk with chalk Horino Shodo Calligraphy Speaker(Tuesday April 15) Mrs. Pierce and I would like to have a big audience for our calligraphy speaker. Around 15 people or more would be great for us. If individual member can bring at least one friend to the demonstration, we can achieve at least 15 people. I will be going to talk with Horino sensei in person to see if she will need space. Suzuki sensei also announced this in her classes and will probably announce it again closer to the date. Also I started a sheet on which members are willing to bring snack/drinks. Spirit Day(Thursday April 17) Josh will be in charge of Spirit Day. Spirit Day just like Club Rush except with Clarkstons high school students coming to the campus.
