Here is a case I finished yesterday....I thought the soft tissue response was great and the ISQ was in the 80s for both of the implants. We used emax and cemented them in as there is minimal occlusal contact on these teeth and esthetics was a concern. We did immediates for the loose primary teeth and used an erbium laser to smooth out the bone at the crest at the time of surgery. HiOssen ET III implants 4.5 by 11.5 mm for both. In time will do the other side the same way which is the same. Patient is 22 years old male.....
